Ski, snowboard, and party at Ischgl-Samnaun ski area, a mecca for winter athletes. Take one of the three ropeways that lead from the village to the ski area 1,377 m (4,518 ft) above sea level. Visit a large restaurant with viewing terrace at Idalp, the main central point on the mountain. The area above it offers wide, easy runs and a challenging snow park. The steepest piste in the entire resort is in the Höllboden bowl with a gradient of 70 percent. You can access the run with the ultra-modern Lange Wand chair lift. Famous for its lively parties and boisterous nightlife, Ischgl has hosted the concerts of such international stars as Bob Dylan, Tina Turner, Beyonce, and Katy Perry. • One of the best ski areas is the joint Austrian and Swiss (Ischgl / Samnaun) Silvretta Arena ski area with about 240 km. well-maintained ski slopes. Thanks to the ski slopes high in the mountains, skiing is possible even in April. Samnaun has a duty-free zone, so skiers visiting here like to buy much cheaper perfume and, of course, much cheaper alcohol, which they consume in the evenings. Located in the Tyrolean mountains in Austria, Ischglas is one of the most visited ski resorts, where you can have a fun evening after skiing. In addition to the many hotels in Ischgl, there are countless shops and cafés, making it fun until the early hours of the morning. On the Swiss side, surrounded by hills on all sides, is the excellent Alp Trida gourmet restaurant, La Marmotte, which offers great food and simply enchanting views. I really enjoyed this ski area.
  • Ischgl and the management of the region developed one of the best Ski and Snowboarding arenas in the world.
