Second time this year but the first with the larger trailer 25 ft. Lovely electrical site on the water with great views even in the rain. Long walks with dogs thru the breathtaking fall colours. Wish.... more »

We just got back from a four-night stay in the Putts Point campground at Restoule Provincial Park and I have to say we had an amazing experience. I see people here complaining about bugs and bad... more »

Nice, tidy campsites with clean beaches. Great hiking: Stormy Lake Bluff/Firetower trail is a good casual stroll, or, depending on ability and initiative, a great aggressive hike where you can challenge yourself to set a PB! We were privy to be educated at an astronomy show/lesson with powerful telescopes on the main beach while we were there. Park Warden patrols were right switched on! - ensuring all belligerents weren't carrying on, whether on the beach or "too loud too late" at their campsites. As a family friendly oriented provincial park, we appreciated this - thanks, Wardens!

Beautiful park, we fell in love with the area. Quiet & picturesque. Highly recommend. Hike the Fire tower trail - stunning - took us about 1.5 hours - some challenging sections. (would like to see more trails/longer trails). Fishing was amazing - access to many lakes (Walleye, Bass, Pike). We portaged to one of the back lakes - 200ft portage. We saw Bambi & mama deer - adorable. Paddling was amazing as well, paddled through small section of rapids in between Restoule Lake & Stormy Lake. Facilities were cleaned 3x a day - Maintenance staff works so hard. Beaches are nice - very quiet park - add this to the list of parks to visit. Gerry's general store was a 15 minute drive from the park to access any items you need to re-stock including ice/LCBO. We found a bait guy "Mr. Minnow" 5 minutes from Gerry's general store. We went for dinner at the "Crow's nest" for our anniversary - had fish & chips & wings. Mike is super friendly, food & service were excellent.
