Marvel at what the Germans managed to move from their home countries and bring into this museum. Astonishing exhibits and monuments, with a nice audio guide to accompany everything. more »

What a beautiful place. Coming from California, where history begins in the 1930s, it was stunning to see relics from the earliest religions and rule of law. The recreations are epic and give you a sense of proportion to your own existence.

Incredible, a must see when in Berlin. Book your ticket online for timed entry. Get a locker for jackets and big bags. The wardrobe and lockers are free, just put a Euro into the lock. You will then proceed upstairs however, depending on the visitor flow a museum guard will direct you to a line to wait. The museum is filled with treasures. You can easily spend a few hours here.
