I've always really liked the Israel museum. As well as a wide range of permanent exhibits, from archeology to modern art, they have a huge collection of paintings of great masters, and interesting changing exhibits. Audio guides in a variety of languages are available without additional cost. The museum is fully accessible. There is also a special kids section with appropriate exhibits and activities. There is a cafeteria in the middle of the museum, but the restaurant at the entrance is much better.

An art museum with historic collections, including the Dead Sea Scrolls. It has a wide range of exhibits from archeology to modern art. What was particularly memorable was its width and depth of collections: walking inside and observing the exhibits just made me feel like I am walking the story of the Scripture. Observing stones related to David and Solomon, as well as the Dead Sea Scrolls and manuscript written by Isaiah, was amazing. There are also numerous interesting monuments outside, which is also worth visiting. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Israel.
