ChocoMuseo, Granada

3.9
Chocoholics rejoice; here at ChocoMuseo, you can sample chocolate products straight from the source. Observe the chocolate-making process from bean to bar, and even take a chocolate-making workshop with fun and knowledgable chocolatiers. Kids can, of course, take part in the workshop and learn to make their favorite treat, so that they too might one day become professional Oompa Loompas. Consider arriving early to enjoy a good value, but high quality, all-you-can-eat breakfast . • We took a short tour with Ismail and it was wonderful. He made us a custom chocolate drink and was so entertaining. We watched the sunset from the balcony that had the best view of the volcano. One of my favorite experiences while traveling anywhere. So many free samples. Took some souvenirs back for friends. Visit if you're in town
  • Not just a chocolate shop. They offer a free history of chocolate tour with samples and liquor tastings. They also offer a making course as well. The employees are super funny and enthusiastic. Get the hot cocoa, it was amazing.
  • Pretty cool chocolate massages. Nice pool. Thank you for reading this review. I appreciate your taking the time to listen to my thoughts on Central America. Best of luck in your leading a fulfilling and happy life, and perhaps it will include a visit to this location.
  • I did he chocolate making workshop. The guide was fun and got everyone singing and dancing as they stirred the beans. We got to try two types of hot chocolate (Mayan and more modern) and pour our own bar with fillings of our choice (I went for cacao nibs).
  • We had so much fun here with our ten year old twins. I must say I’ve never seen my husband dance around like that before... and all for chocolate! Don’t try to book ahead from overseas.. just stop by the museo to sign up for the next tour.
