Palacio De Cristal originally served as a greenhouse for exotic plants, but now houses art exhibits sponsored by the Reina Sofia. Built entirely of iron and glass, it reaches 22 m (72 ft) at its highest. Watch ducks and geese swim in pond next to the structure and walk around the pond to get views of the palace from a distance. • It's a big attrium like structure with art installations inside it. It's a good place to chill. There is a small pond with a beautiful fountain in the center. There are lots of turtles and ducks. A cute hangout place. Definitely a place to visit when you are in Madrid
  • Very pretty and had an impressive temporary display of sculptures inside during our visit. Also, free to visit, which is nice. Requires a good stroll through the park to find it.
