I went to buy sun creams and the deal who attended me upstairs I had no idea of anything very new and did everything very groped but what is my surprise that I will leave the store and start sounding the safety arc and it stays looking at me everyone going through a tremendous embarrassment. In a second, I tenify a clerk and the kind of security with the face of few friends and zero kindness who literally rip the Bag out of my hand, pick it up and without saying even me start registering it as if I were a criminal. The ticket went inside The Stock Exchange and after looking at it they saw that the girl who had taken care of me had not removed the alarms which is not my fault. They turn me around and the ticket falls to the ground in the bad ways they gave it to me and they didn't even look at me to apologize. I told you it seemed terrible that it wasn't my fault or a 'sorry for the inconvenience'. Shame on the treatment of staff without any skill in serving the public they treat like animals. Painful.

Lanzo esta pregunta a raíz de la imposibilidad en la que me veo de reclamar ante un producto defectuo... more »IS IT LEGAL NOT TO IDENTIFY THE PRODUCT NAME OR ANY OTHER IDENTIFIER ON THE PURCHASE TICKET? I throw this question because of the impossibility in which I can claim against a defective product purchased in a store of the Primor perfumery chain in Madrid. I explain my case: I bought a large bottle of Avene Thermal Water, and with the container about half has stopped working the sprayer, so I can no longer use the product. Commented with the employee of the avene section instructed me, of course, to come again with the purchase ticket. Looking for the ticket I realize that it is not possible to identify the one corresponding to the purchase of the item, because in a large number of items there is neither name nor product code, they are simply listed as "ANNEXEs", so the only solution I have is to present tickets for the last ten purchases. As the employee had indicated to me, I go to the Primor store on Orense Street with all those tickets and I have addressed the brand section of the defective product, where the employee has very kindly addressed me to the 2 managers , they took the tickets and at the moment they told me that the item was not on any of the tickets since no amount exactly matched that of the product to this day. Hence my question, can you justify the refusal to a claim, change or return of product because they do not identify their products on the tickets, and take as reference an aspect such as the sale price that is variable and have been able to change it several times since the time of purchase? Logically I have shown my disagreement and with slight rudeness I have been told that I had nothing to do and I have been invited to leave. Faced with this situation I have requested the complaint sheet, which I have reluctantly provided.
Sometimes overcrowded but hey! This place has the greatest products and make up for all the pockets and tastes. Love it!!!
It's very nice stroe to buy things which are normally cheaper then any other market in Spain. Staff is also very good and helping. I love Massimo Dutti deodorant, unfortunately which is not available at many place. Normally I use to buy from them. They don't keep much of them in stocks and mostly they are run out of that, instead kept the shelves filled with other commercial brands, some times I have to visit different stores of them in Madrid to find.
