  • My daughter and I had a terrible experience at this Villa Rosa. I had called about 1 and a half hours in advance to make reservations for my daughter and I. We were very excited! The attendant asked how old my daughter was to which I replied 11 years old. He then told me our tickets would be 59€. The gentleman over the phone was kind and friendly. We arrived 15 minutes early to check in for our reservation, per the request of the attendant, after a 40 minute walk to get to the Villa Rosa. The owner was at the door selling the tickets. I told her my name for the reservation, she replied it would be 79€. I told her that the attendant over the phone had said our rate was 59€ as my daughter is still a child. She became very hostile and claimed she couldn't speak English(all of the sudden). The man I spoke with over the phone came over and began to argue with her in Spanish. He told me she was claiming that I had told her that my daughter was 12 years old, so she would not discount her ticket, also that I was a "liar". Next, the other co-owner comes over to find out why she was throwing a fit. She argues with him, and begins to mock us. My daughter and I stood in shock, astonished by her rudeness and public tantrum. Naturally, we left in disgust. I should have placed more stock in the other reviews attesting to the rude staff's behaviour...
  • A place for foreign tourists. Extremely overpriced low-quality food and drinks and quite good flamenco. I recommend to take only no-food tickets.
