  • Very nice halls but being from Narbonne and I usually go to the halls, I find it a pity that you can not eat directly on the spot it's really just a market or so to take away

  • Wherever there is a market hall in a southern European city - we go. So we can compare with Barcelona and Florence. All market halls we find great, but this one wins: Of course you will find here a huge offer of fresh goods, but the hall itself is unbelievably beautiful, it is not overcrowded (early October), it is clean and besides fresh fruits and vegetables you can be very good here Buy spices and small snacks such as empanadas and bocadillos. The strawberries were also a poem.

  • If I lived in central Valencia, this is where I would shop. The amazing variety of meat, vegetables, cheese, wine, olives, breads, seafood, and so on... if you pass through here as a tourist, like me, be sure to pick up a few little items to try out. A cup of olives, or a wonderful pastry. There is also a great little wine shop near the center of the market were you can get a three wine sampler for €3. Make sure you taste some Valencian wines!
  • It may seem like a touristic trap, but the visit is totally worthy! Actually locals do shop here as well. If it’s a touristic spot is because of its beautiful architecture and delicious food, but don’t we all like this kind of places? It is also a great place to buy good ham and Spanish cheese.
