Trip Planner:   Asia  /  Thailand  /  Bangkok  /  Siam Paragon

Siam Paragon, Bangkok

Find what you're looking for at Siam Paragon, a modern, upscale shopping mall in Bangkok--and one of the largest in Asia. Since opening in 2008, the center has become a place to be seen for locals and a place to see for tourists: the stylish displays and elite brands on offer here make for an attractive place of commerce and leisure, while modern flourishes neatly encapsulate the will for modernization in the region. With a multitude of shops, international and local restaurants, and a multiplex cinema, the mall offers different experiences for a wide set of visitors. Make Siam Paragon a centerpiece of your Bangkok vacation itinerary, and find what else is worth visiting using our Bangkok tour planner .

  • Siam Paragon is one of the best shopping centers in Asia, upscale, but not overpriced. There are many restaurants, serving Thai and international food. Anchor tenant in the Paragon Department Store, selling everything from perfume, clothing, toys, electric appliances. One stop service. Many many more. No trip to Bangkok is complete without a visit to Siam Paragon. You can even buy a Rolls Royce here.
  • Big shppping mall; lots of restaurants 4th flr. & ground flr. ; good supermarket at the ground floor. Have to visit by the BTS sky train, driving here is a nightmare. Touristy & crowed. I prefer Emquatier & Emporium because they have similar selections, less crowed and can also be reached by the sky train .
  • A very high end mega mall. Always great store displays. Aquarium in the basement.
  • An entire floor of food options, perhaps the best food destination in Bangkok. For grocery shopping The Gourmet Market grocery store is the largest and best in town that I'm aware of.
  • Very good, luxury department store and shopping malls with a variety of fashionable stuffs, modern lifestyle ex. Luxury theatre, Luxury modern fashions, IT section, fashion, cafe, restaurants, supermarket and manymore. It's very convenient connected to BTS siam and hugh parking (but it's really busy in the parking always, then better take BTS). Customer service here is the best, very helpful, friendly and working really fast.

Where to stay in Bangkok

As a commercial, cultural, and tourist center, Bangkok offers a great diversity of accommodations. For long established and chain hotels, try Sukhumvit Road and the areas surrounding the central Siam Square, where budget and luxury rooms are available in abundance. If you are looking for the backpacker zone, head to Khaosan Road, where you'll find a wealth of inexpensive, simple accommodations surrounded by businesses tailored to traveler's needs. Consider staying at a guesthouse to gain a deeper understanding of Thai life.
