Sanctuary of Truth (Prasat Sut Ja-Tum), Pattaya

4.4
Visit Sanctuary of Truth (Prasat Sut Ja-Tum), an atmospheric, intricately carved Buddhist temple. Started in 1981 and still under construction, the wooden place of worship features ornate images, reliefs, and statues. With an intensive attention to detail and a sensitive balancing of contemporary aesthetics and traditional architecture, there's plenty to appreciate about this work in progress--so don't let its completion date of 2050 put you off. • All wood carved palace was very pretty and impressive to see. Worth the time and expense to see this.  more »
  • The monuments lavishly decorated with fine carvings did not expect too much, but was overwhelmed. In the fantastic appearance of this building towering to the seaside, where, like at the world. I think a different field like a must-see. I think 10B feed given to horses and goats and ride a horse and elephant are also at an additional cost, so that families and parents and children enjoy. No need to worry about home building at the entrance there is a taxi service, so. Price is a little bit cheaper than the taxi will start the first asking price (price in fact) about. Feeling well right? It was a pretty nice car. Nice admission: adults one child 500 baht, height 110 cm 250 B is high! (children under 110 cm of free)

  • A marvelous wood carving temple that has been around for a long time. We spent hours admiring the wood carving and surrounding. Ticket price is slightly on the high side, 500 baht but you will understand once you view the amazing structure. One of the must visit tourist spot in Pattaya.
  • A must visit for every one...beautiful wooden carvings. You can see beautiful statues of Hindi Gods and hear the sacred mantras there. It's on the sea shore a beautiful view can be seen at the sunrise..
  • Nice historical place and unique place to visit.. don't miss to visit this place. Just 450 baht... And you can enjoy a lot to this place. Totally wooden construction . You have never seen this type of thing through the world.
  • An amazing construct with Thai art that creates beautiful wood. The 500-bat entrance is worth the money. The structure is still being completed, with a range of local restaurants and side entertainment such as elephant rides.
  • This place is a must watch. The whole building is craved in wood. Work still continues. If you are looking for some great pics then it's a very good option. The entry fee is about 500 bhat each. But definitely it worth a watch. This is a religious place ofcourse but certainly not a temple. And they welcome all the religion.
