Satisfy your inner culture vulture at Chiufen (Jiufen Old Street) and Ximending. Head to Taipei 101 and Shilin Night Marketfor plenty of shopping. Gongliao
Set on the main island's most eastern tip, Gongliao is a rural district known for its picturesque fishing village with a thriving culinary scene and a golden sand beach--quite a rare find in Taiwan--favored by vacationers from the north of the country.
Kick off your visit on the 18th (Mon): get outside with Long Men Bikeway and then kick back and relax at Fulung Beach.

Located on the southern tip of the eponymous peninsula, Hengchun serves as the entry point to Kenting National Park, often attracting more travelers than locals with its tropical beach resorts and bustling night markets.
On the 21st (Thu), explore the striking landscape of Kenting National Park and then take in panoramic vistas at Southern Point.
