Give yourself a bit of retail therapy at Caravanserai and Alladins Cave. Valley of the Kings and Avenue of Sphinxes are good opportunities to explore the local culture. When in Luxor, make a side trip to see Temple of Horus in Edfu, approximately Edfu away.
