You can take a train from Madrid to Zaragoza in 1.5 hours. Other options are to drive; or take a bus. In July in Zaragoza, expect temperatures between 38°C during the day and 21°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 12th (Wed) early enough to drive to Pamplona.

Traveling from Zaragoza in July, things will get slightly colder in Pamplona: highs are around 32°C and lows about 17°C.
