Osaka, Japan to Taipei is an approximately 6.5- hour combination of train and flight. You can also do a combination of train, bus, and flight; or do a combination of bus, flight, and train. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 1 hour traveling from Osaka to Taipei. Prepare for somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Osaka in October: high temperatures in Taipei hover around 32°C and lows are around 26°C. Nestled between the sea and the mountains, Hualien boasts a number of attractions, both natural and manmade.
