Modern yet historic, Málaga is a lively city famous for being the birthplace of Pablo Picasso.
On the 6th (Mon), look for all kinds of wild species at El Torcal de Antequera, then examine the collection at Automobile and Fashion Museum, and then step into the grandiose world of Castillo de Gibralfaro. Here are some ideas for day two: contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Santo Cristo de la Salud Church, admire the masterpieces at Museo Carmen Thyssen Malaga, see the interesting displays at Museo del Vidrio y Cristal de Malaga, then kick back and relax at Playa La Carihuela, and finally enjoy the sand and surf at Playa El Bajondillo.

Start off your visit on the 8th (Wed): take a stroll through Centro Historico de Sevilla, then pause for some serene contemplation at Iglesia Colegial del Salvador, and then contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Basilica de la Macarena. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: take in nature's colorful creations at Casa de Pilatos, admire the natural beauty at Parque de Maria Luisa, then contemplate the long history of Royal Tobacco Factory, then explore the ancient world of Archaeological Ensemble of Italica, and finally admire the masterpieces at Museo De Bellas Artes De Sevilla.

Traveling by bus from Malaga to Seville takes 2 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or drive. Traveling from Malaga in January, you will find days in Seville are slightly colder (17°C), and nights are about the same (7°C). Wrap up your sightseeing on the 9th (Thu) to allow time to take a bus back home.
