You might consider the city of Budapest, divided by the Danube River into two distinctive cities--Buda and Pest--to be essentially one large World Heritage Site.
On the 25th (Sun), examine the collection at House of Terror Museum. On the next day, contemplate the long history of Halaszbastya, take in the spiritual surroundings of Matthias Church, snap pictures at Szechenyi Chain Bridge, then take in the spiritual surroundings of St. Stephen's Basilica (Szent Istvan Bazilika), and finally ponder the world of politics at Hungarian Parliament Building.

Istanbul, Turkey to Budapest is an approximately 6-hour flight. You can also do a combination of shuttle and flight; or drive. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 2 hours traveling from Istanbul to Budapest. Traveling from Istanbul in August, expect slightly colder with lows of 18°C in Budapest. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 26th (Mon) so you can travel to Prague.

Getting from Budapest to Prague by flight takes about 4.5 hours. Other options: drive; or take a bus. When traveling from Budapest in August, plan for a bit cooler days and about the same nights in Prague: temperatures range from 28°C by day to 16°C at night. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 28th (Wed) early enough to travel to Dubrovnik.
