  • I feel like rating a national park is a little strange, but nonetheless, this place deserves 5 stars. If you're thinking about starting to visit the United States national parks, this is a great place to come visit. Yellowstone is very well known for hot pots, geysers, Rivers, waterfalls, hiking trails, wildlife, and the general nature around the area. There are hikes for people of all skill types, from easy and family friendly, to more difficult, longer ones for the adventurous souls. When you come visit, come prepared! This includes having plenty of water, good hiking shoes, a jacket for the colder weather, first aid kit, and other basic necessities. It does not hurt to consider bringing a walking stick and a hat as well. Since this is the wilderness, there are wild animals. Moose, Bears, buffalo, and several other species. Always keep your distance, and keep children close. They are not animals to mess around with. As long as you keep your distance, you will be safe and you shouldn't have any issues with the wildlife. It's fascinating to see, but it is also common knowledge around here that you leave the animals alone.
  • Amazing landscape and animal encounters. Camping at Yellowstone was a great experience. Yellowstone is a very big national park and needs a few days to explore. The speed limit within the park is not optimal for the protection of wildlife and needs to be lowered.
