Huge rose garden! Very pleasant and nice experience! Live music, free entry, fresh air and very family friendly! Definitely worth coming! Many types of roses as well. There were also art pieces and photographs on display to raise social awareness on climate change etc. overall very positive experience

Doblhoffpark, also known as Rosarium Baden, ist the largest collection of roses near Vienna, freely accessible every day. They cultivate many types of roses, from ramblers to wild roses, english roses, David Austin roses and many more. Watch out for your favourite smell, color and type. Best to be visited in june (earlier for the wild roses), but worth a visit all year (yes, also in winter a nice location). Nice opportunities to sit and enjoy the roses, a restaurant in the park and several other restaurants and cafes within short distance. Usually in summer, there are photo exhibitions as well, this year (2022) from Nordic photographers, definitely worth to be seen. Update: even on 09-Oct there are still some roses in blossom.
