Team Strudel! Who knew you and your fellow chefs have to work together to get your strudel pastry to a meter in diameter - patch the holes and then fold and flip! So much fun - good for teens too...

We had a wonderful time making strudel and Salzburger Nockerl. Johann was friendly and a great teacher. The goulash was very good. Highly recommend this for a two hour activity!

We take cooking classes every where we travel in the world and this class was top notch! Our instructor was sweet, kind, and very knowledgeable. She has a wonderful sense of humour and made our class so enjoyable. Now if it is possible our desserts were even sweeter, absolutely delicious and now I can home and make them for my friends and family. While our desserts baked we were treated to delicious goulash. All the recipes were so good we bought the cookbook. I would highly recommend this class to anyone even if you don’t cook. It was so enjoyable especially in the unique setting in the ancient walls of the mountain. Thanks to all the staff.

I have to say at first I was not expecting the Apple strudel cause I’m not a dessert guy. But after this class, I’m totally amazed at how great it tastes. I will recommend this class to those who are not into desserts like me. This will change your viewpoint!
