If you’re looking for a good spot for snorkeling and scuba diving, try Bachelor's Beach. Park up and then take the steps down to the beach, which is below road level and submerged at high tide, allowing easy entry to the water. If you’re looking for somewhere to sunbathe or picnic, this may not be the place, but there is plenty of marine life to observe out in the water. • My number one favorite beach on the whole island. Maybe the prettiest beach i’ve ever seen. Easy to park right next to it and walk a few steps to the water. Was never crowded, and the water is perfectly clear. Great for swimming but also lots of pretty snorkeling right off the beach. We visited here twice and loved every second.
  • They might have to rename it, considering there is hardly any beach there. You can not take your towel or anything down there that you would not want to get wet or have washed away, since the water periodically rushes up to the rocks. It's a bit of a walk down the steps to the small sliver of a beach and the water. The good news is that the sand is soft, but it gives way to a rougher coral and some large mounds in spots. You need to be a little careful or you might walk right into one and cut your foot. There is a lot of great opportunities for snorkeling and diving and you will see a lot of people come and do just that. There is plenty of parking there. Kong Burger is there periodically and Bloozz resort is right across the street, so you can get something to eat and drink. Te Amo beach is definitely nice, but also much busier.
