The Basilica of the Assumption of Our Lady a conventual church, that is, the main church building in a Christian monastery or abbey. The exterior of the church is very much Gothic, but quite plain by the standards of a Basilica. The interior I'm pretty sure is Late Baroque. The high altar has a elaborate and highly decorative alter, pulpit and sculptural decorations It's worth going to see the building.

I can recommend confessions with priest Vojtech Suchy. There is also a small exhibition about well known Jesuits in the church now. However, it is in Czech language only, I think (I haven't checked the QR codes.)
