A rock formation peering over its namesake peninsula, Sokehs Rock remains one of Micronesia's landmark geographic features and serves as a major challenge for adventurous hikers. Allegedly created by a magician ages ago, the rock offers sweeping views of a lagoon and northern islands. As you navigate your way up a well-defined trail, look for abandoned buildings and old cannons dating back to World War II. It's worth the hike up (you can either take a taxi to get you to the end of the paved road or walk, then walk the rest of the way) - very peaceful and breathtaking views
