Fantastic service! I was recommend Berlin Racing Bikes by a friend who is an avid cyclist. It was my first proper bike trip and John was a great help in personally delivering the bike, making sure that it was set correctly to my measurements, and took the time to provide some advice on making the most of the whole ride. I had booked a bike in fairly short notice, yet he made himself readily available, answering all my questions.. The bike itself was in great condition and very well maintained. Even came with a repair kit just in case. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent a bike for a trip of their own since you are guaranteed to have a great experience.

Very friendly contact - immediate response on my queries and very flexible and customer orientated handling of the whole rental process. Small adjustments have been performed in minutes during the pick-up of the bike and I was ready to go! The bike was also well maintained and perfect for my purposes.
