  • This man made waterfall is a wonder to see. Very beautiful. The footbridge over the river is a great view point. Not if you are afraid of heights though!

  • What an amazing place to visit. You can walk form the city to here its like 20 Minutes. You also can go by car. A few spots are available. Oposite there is a little caffee and you get home made ice cream. The fall is a tourist spot. So there are a bit of people around and make picutres. But its worth going there.
  • Lechfall, is actually a manmade fall which was constructed around 18th century to stop flood situation in Füssen. Lech river flows from Austria flowing through Germany , in the state of Bavaria, making Forggensee, which is also a man-made lake. Slowly, this river flows until Augsburg before reaching the Danube. The special cyan-blue colors of the Lech can be also seen from Neuschwanstein castle. A walk around the Lechfall, crossing the bridge in Altstadt, Füssen is wonderful. Check out some images from my winter walk. More details, contact me on Instagram @the_snapwalk .
