Being a boat owner for 50 years this was the best maritime museum that I have ever visited. It was extremely well presented with an easy to follow guided route around the very interesting exhibits.

This reminds me of how fun it is to visit good museums and learn new things! It was a last minute decision to pass by this place and we didn't expect to be so immersed in the history of maritime industry and how Spain and Barcelona play a role in this landscape. I love that the museum covers a wide range of angles, from engineering to sociocultural and economic perspectives across time and space. The elaborate explanations and artifacts were well presented in this huge ex-shipyard space. Def recommend!

Dodged into here because it started to rain and we were so glad we did! We spent a very worthwhile few hours there. Well presented material and the Spanish galley is stunning. Nice cafe with garden seating as well - a quiet respite at the base of the Ramblas
