Drive from Innsbruck to Milan in 4 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or fly. In July, Milan is a bit warmer than Innsbruck - with highs of 85°F and lows of 65°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 28th (Wed) early enough to go by car to Lucerne.

Prepare for a bit cooler weather when traveling from Milan in July: high temperatures in Lucerne hover around 77°F and lows are around 59°F.
