Stockholm, Sweden to Prague is an approximately 5-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a train. Expect somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Stockholm in August: highs in Prague hover around 28°C, while lows dip to 16°C. Cap off your sightseeing on the 8th (Mon) early enough to go by car to Salzburg.
