Its such a lovely place to explore, especially on a sunny day - no need to visit the house, just enjoy the gardens. At Easter, and other times of the year, they offer themed treasure hunts for the children. The paths are wide enough for wheelchair users, but they are not tarmacked, just compressed gravel, which may prove challenging for some. Do t forget to take your camera, as the views are stunning.
Easy access. Well sign posted for first time visitors. A guide at the start spent many minutes showing us at the start where we could go and explained various routes and points of interest to view. Clean, well kept and of course very scenic Capability Brown landscaping Highly recommended for a nice walk with beautiful views and history abound to explore
