John F. Kennedy Presidential Museum & Library documents the life, career, and story of one of America's most well-known leaders through a collection of archives, exhibitions, and materials. You’ll see an array of memorabilia, photographs, and personal belongings spread out over seven permanent exhibits, including those focused on JFK's political career, the Space Race, and the Kennedy family. You’ll want to catch the series of films welcoming you to the center, one is narrated by JFK himself, and another documents the Cuban missile crisis. Originally opened in 1979, the complex was designed as the official home of records and papers pertaining to Kennedy's administration and government. Consult the museum’s website to create your itinerary before you go, because the complex is extensive. Make John F. Kennedy Presidential Museum & Library a centerpiece of your Boston vacation itinerary, and find what else is worth visiting using our Boston trip maker app.

One of the coolest experiences of my life. The museum is an amazing place. They start you off with a video of JFK's life, and then it takes you through a chronological journey through his early years all the way to the presidency. There are a lot of historical artifacts from his life here, and a wonderful representation of what the oval office looked like when he was in office. You can feel his Spirit here, and I would highly recommend this to anyone's bucket list.

Hands down one of the best museums I've ever been to. We were so excited to check this place out on our way home from visiting Boston and it did not disappoint! We spent at least 5 hours there and could have stayed twice as long. The museum is laid out in such a way that takes you through the journey of JFK's life - from his childhood to his presidency and everything in between. It's completely mesmerizing and full of so many different pieces of history that really capture your attention. I have been recommending this museum to everyone I know and would love to come back some day!
